Vendors are invited to attend any or all of NCMPR's seven regional conferences as an exhibitor or sponsor. This gives you a great opportunity to meet with marketing and PR professionals who may benefit from your company's products or services.

The cost includes an exhibitor space and ONE company representative conference registration to attend conference sessions, events and meals.*
NOTE: If interested in being an exhibitor at District 1, please review their sponsor/exhibitor page for further information on meals provided to exhibitors.
*An exhibitor conference registration does not include any off-site events, the Medallion Awards event or the Awards of Excellence Awards events. Tickets for those events may be offered by a district and purchased seperately when conference registration opens on each district conference event page.
For each additional company representative, add $300.

*Vendors that have already signed up to exhibit at a 2023 NCMPR district conference may register an additional representative for a fee of $300. To secure your spot at the conference, complete the Exhibitor Additional Options form and process payment by credit card prior to the conference date.
