Over the years, the committees have combined and separated, morphed and changed as NCMPR has learned more about what’s needed from each group. Some need to meet monthly; others don’t. Some are strictly idea-focused; others are working committees.
As of August 2021, NCMPR has four strategic committees:
Tasked with brainstorming programming and resources to provide members with the leadership skills required to advance personally and in their positions.

Tasked with branding and marketing NCMPR to promote it as the premier professional organization for two-year college marketers and communicators, with a focus on attracting new members and assuring current members remain a part of the organization.
Co-chairs: [javascript protected email address], NCMPR director-at-large and director of strategic communications and marketing at Cape Cod Community College in Massachusetts; and Jeff Ebbing, NCMPR vice president/president-elect and director of marketing and communications at Southeastern Community College in Iowa
Tasked with creating NCMPR programming, from conferences to webinars, that cover topics that are relevant and necessary for two-year college marketers and communicators.
