Our Organizational Priorities

In 2018, NCMPR formed six strategic committees made of board and general members, plus staff. Our goals were to

  1. spotlight organizational priorities.
  2. use the resources and expertise of membership to help us succeed in those areas.

Over the years, the committees have combined and separated, morphed and changed as NCMPR has learned more about what’s needed from each group. Some need to meet monthly; others don’t. Some are strictly idea-focused; others are working committees.

As of August 2021, NCMPR has four strategic committees:

  • Marketing, Membership and Retention
  • Leadership
  • Programming and Professional Resources
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
