In just under two years, Caleb transitioned from coordinator of public relations to director of marketing & communications, a testament to both his leadership skills and impact. As coordinator, he re-energized the college’s media presence, writing compelling press releases; boosting social engagement; and ensuring consistent, timely communication during crisis situations. His ability to build strong media relationships and craft authentic, community-driven messaging significantly increased positive press coverage for the college.
