Connecting With Those Closer to Home
NCMPR's seven districts offer many of the same professional development resources as the national office, only in a smaller setting with colleagues from surrounding states who are a little closer to home.
Each fall, the districts offer regional conferences featuring breakout sessions and roundtables on topics of current interest to community college marketing and PR practitioners. The districts also sponsor the Medallion Awards competition, modeled after the national Paragon Awards, to recognize outstanding achievement in college communications.
