We know y'all are stretched thinner than an old sweater this year, but we hope you'll join us for our 2023 NCMPR District 2 Fall Conference at the Embassy Suites Charleston Harbor.
Charleston may be known for its natural beauty, world-class restaurants, shopping, and romantic appeal, but y’all will fall in love with its overall charm.

CONFERENCE FEES
$350 Early Bird (paid by Oct. 6)
$399 Regular (paid after Oct. 6)
Registration includes access to the full conference, conference t-shirt, two breakfasts, two lunches, and the Medallion Awards dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing on or before Oct. 6, 2023. NCMPR will issue a refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee. Email requests to the District 2 Director. Substitutions are gladly accepted. No refunds will be granted for requests made after the deadline. For special circumstances (family or medical emergencies) that arise after the deadline, NCMPR will issue a refund, minus a $75 administrative fee, with proper documentation.
GUEST TICKETS
Guest tickets are for family, friends and special guests. The Awards of Excellence and Medallion Awards meals are included in the conference registration fee for NCMPR members.
