2027 National Conference Graphic Design Services

The National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR) is seeking a graphic designer or design firm to develop the visual identity and graphic assets for NCMPR's 2027 national conference in Chicago, March 17–19. The selected designer will collaborate with NCMPR staff to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience across digital, print and onsite conference materials.

NCMPR is the country’s premier professional development organization for community and technical college marcom and PR pros, providing training, resources, awards and networking opportunities in a welcoming space. 

Project scope and deliverables

The theme of the 2027 conference is Together, We Got This, and we are looking for pop art-inspired designs that incorporate iconic Chicago imagery. The selected designer will collaborate with NCMPR staff to develop a conference branding package, including but not limited to:

Current NCMPR members are encouraged to submit proposals. Proposers employed by an educational institution or other organization must include a supervisor’s letter approving their participation and acknowledging that all work created for the project will be owned by NCMPR under the final agreement.

Applicants should submit one proposal document containing the letter of interest, design approach, proposed timeline, pricing information and professional references. The portfolio may be uploaded separately or provided through a link to an online portfolio.

Ownership of work

All final designs, artwork and related creative assets developed through this project will become the exclusive property of NCMPR. The selected designer may display completed work in a professional portfolio after the conference brand has been publicly released, subject to NCMPR’s approval and attribution guidelines. Final ownership and usage terms will be included in the project agreement.
