eMarketing Bootcamp a “hands-on”
Success
A capacity crowd of 120
attendees enjoyed a hands-on look at emerging
communications technologies during the 2007 NCMPR
District 2 eMarketing bootcamp, held March 9th, 2008, at
the Coastal Georgia Center in Savannah, GA.
Technology and emerging
media experts conducted training sessions on a range of
popular eMarketing topics, including blogging, mobile
marketing, and search engine optimization.
Prior to the bootcamp
training sessions, attendees from District 2 gathered
for the 2007 District 2 Medallion Awards ceremony. A
total of 101 awards were given in 43 categories. A list
of all Award winners may be
downloaded at the District 2 web site.
Colleges who were unable to attend the awards ceremony
are asked to contact me at mark.little@cpcc.edu, or
704-330-6089 in order to schedule shipment of their
award certificates.
Congratulations to the
2007 District 2 Pacesetter of the Year and Communicator
of Year award winners, who were recognized prior to the
Medallion Awards ceremony:

I would like to say a

stepped up and volunteered their time and energy to
assist with planning and management of the bootcamp and
related activities.
